Raw, unpasteurized linden (basswood) honey from Ontario, harvested by Father Thomas' Bee Farm. It pours pale and almost water-white — but the light colour is deceiving: linden honey is prized for a bold, fresh, woody flavour with a cool, lingering minty finish.
Basswood trees bloom for only about two weeks each year, making true linden one of the rarer and most sought-after single-source honeys. Lovely in herbal or mint tea, or over soft cheese, yogurt and fruit. Raw and unfiltered, with natural pollen and enzymes intact.
Packed in a clear squeeze bottle so you can admire its pale, delicate colour — easy to pour at the table (500 g). Honey ships within Ontario.
