Raw Wildflower Honey

A natural blend of nectar gathered from Ontario's wildflower meadows, harvested and bottled by Father Thomas' Bee Farm. Golden, aromatic and full-flavoured, this honey changes gently from season to season with whatever is in bloom.

Raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized—bottled with its natural enzymes and pollen intact, exactly as it came from the hive.

Choose Your Apiary

• Midland — our main apiary on Georgian Bay. Smooth, golden and floral with a rounded sweetness.

• Marmora — a smaller harvest from the meadows of Hastings County, with a character all its own. The scarcer of the two.

Choose Your Size

• Glass jars — 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg (1 kg jar is local pickup only)

• Beehive squeeze bottles — 500 g and 1 kg, in a clear, transparent bottle so you can see the golden honey, with a flip-top cap for clean, drip-free pouring. Lightweight, durable and shatter-resistant — built to ship safely, and ideal for the kitchen table, lunches or travel.

100% Pure & Raw

• Unpasteurized and unfiltered

• No additives, no preservatives

• Naturally occurring enzymes and pollen retained

• 100% Ontario honey from a local family farm

Taste & Texture

Smooth, golden and floral with a rounded sweetness—excellent in tea, on toast, in baking, or straight from the spoon. Natural crystallization may occur over time; simply warm the jar gently (or stand the squeeze bottle in warm, not hot, water) to return the honey to liquid form.
