This website is operated by Church Icon Store ("we", "us", "our"). Church Icon Store is not an ordinary e-commerce shop — proceeds from every purchase go to support the mission. By accessing or purchasing from ChurchIconStore.com (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
We sell authentic Orthodox Christian icons and religious items sourced from monasteries and workshops in Greece, Mount Athos, and Georgia. Many of our items are handcrafted and blessed at holy sites.
Due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our items, product colors and minor details may vary slightly.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted only after payment is processed and you receive confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

Prices are displayed in your selected currency (CAD or USD).
Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and shown automatically at checkout — the total you see at checkout is the full and final amount, with no surprise charges on delivery.
Canadian orders are domestic and are not subject to customs duties or import fees.
We intentionally keep our prices as low as possible so that devotional items remain accessible to every Orthodox household.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or make it right.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Because of the sacred and personal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders that were delivered correctly and arrived intact.
If your order arrived damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Church Icon Store and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
