SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting our mission through your purchase. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

PROCESSING TIME

We pack and ship orders the same day or the next business day, so your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

If you need your order faster, include a note with your order or email us at info@churchiconstore.com — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, and the estimates below apply.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. The free shipping progress bar in your cart shows how close you are.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping fees and any applicable customs charges are calculated by Canada Post and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or unforeseen events.

TAXES & DUTIES

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and shown automatically at checkout — the total you see at checkout is the full and final amount, with no surprise charges on delivery.

Canadian orders are domestic and are not subject to customs duties or import fees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@churchiconstore.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or make it right.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
