Gathered from wildflower meadows and forest blossoms, this honey carries a rich amber colour, deep aroma, and a full, layered flavour that changes with the season's bloom.

Fresh Uncapped Wax

Unlike ordinary jarred honey, each jar includes a piece of fresh uncapped comb. The wax is entirely edible—spread it on warm toast, chew it slowly on its own, or simply let it melt into the honey around it.

Taste & Texture

Full-bodied and floral with a warm forest depth—excellent in tea, over bread and cheese, or straight from the spoon. Natural crystallization may occur over time; simply warm the jar gently to return the honey to liquid form.
