Raw Bee Pollen

Golden pollen granules gathered by our own bees from the wildflower meadows and forests around Midland, Ontario, collected and jarred by Father Thomas' Bee Farm.

Raw and unprocessed — simply collected, gently dried and jarred. Nothing added, nothing removed. Each granule is a tiny pellet the bees packed themselves, which is why the colours vary from pale yellow to deep amber: every shade is a different flower.

How to Use

Bee pollen has a mild, faintly floral, slightly sweet taste. Sprinkle it over yogurt, porridge or fruit, stir it into smoothies, or take it straight by the half-teaspoon. Begin with a small amount and increase gradually.

Storage

Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry cupboard, or refrigerate to keep the granules at their freshest.
