Raw Creamed Honey

Smooth, spreadable honey from Father Thomas' Bee Farm in Ontario. Creamed honey is the same raw honey you know, gently whipped and left to set in a cool room so its crystals stay fine and soft. Nothing is added and nothing is heated—only the texture changes.

The result is a pale, velvety honey that spreads like butter and never drips off the knife.
