Raw wildflower & forest honey with fresh uncapped comb, from Father Thomas' bees near Midland, Ontario — honey just as it comes from the hive, with pieces of soft, edible beeswax you can chew straight from the jar. The comb carries extra aroma, pollen and propolis, for the fullest hive-to-jar experience.

Gathered from the region's wildflowers and hardwood-forest blossoms — clover, goldenrod, aster and native tree blossoms — unheated and unfiltered. Golden, aromatic and rich.
