Raw, unpasteurized wildflower honey from Father Thomas' bees near Midland, Ontario, on the Georgian Bay side of the province. Our bees forage freely across the region's meadows, hayfields and hardwood forest, so every season carries a naturally changing bouquet — summer clover, late-season goldenrod and aster, and blossoms from basswood and other native trees.
Never heated or filtered, it keeps the natural pollen, enzymes and aroma lost in pasteurized honey. Golden, floral and smoothly sweet. Natural crystallization over time is normal for pure raw honey.
Packed in an easy-pour squeeze bottle (500 g and 1 kg) — no drips, no mess. The 1 kg size is local pickup only. Honey ships within Ontario.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost) within Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
