Raw, unpasteurized wildflower honey from Father Thomas' hives near Marmora, Ontario, in the Hastings Highlands where farmland meets the lakes and forests of the Canadian Shield. Our bees gather from a wild, ever-changing mix — summer clover, wild raspberry, and late-season goldenrod and aster, with blossoms from the area's native hardwoods.

Never heated or filtered, it keeps the natural pollen, enzymes and aroma lost in pasteurized honey. Look for a rich golden colour, a deep floral aroma and a full, smooth sweetness. Natural crystallization over time is normal for pure raw honey.

Presented in a classic glass jar — available in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg. The 1 kg glass jar is local pickup only. Honey ships within Ontario.
