Raw, unpasteurized wildflower honey from Father Thomas' hives near Marmora, Ontario, in the Hastings Highlands where farmland meets the lakes and forests of the Canadian Shield. Our bees gather from a wild, ever-changing mix — summer clover, wild raspberry, and late-season goldenrod and aster, with blossoms from the area's native hardwoods.

Never heated or filtered, it keeps the natural pollen, enzymes and aroma lost in pasteurized honey. Rich, golden and smoothly sweet.

Packed in a clear squeeze bottle so you can see its natural golden colour — easy to pour and perfect for the table (500 g). Honey ships within Ontario.
